Welcome to the Cashless Campus Overview. This quick video will show you how the Eezipay Cashless Campus System works — from parent top-ups to tuckshop payments.

1. Online Portal & App
Parents and staff access the system via our online portal, or via the Cashless Campus App.
2. Parents Details
New parents register by clicking “Register”, entering their details, and selecting their school.
3. Child Info
To setup their family, parents confirm their email, then create a family and add their child.
4. Deposit topup
We offer a variety of top-up options. Parents can top up their family wallet using EFT or card, and then allocate funds to their children.
5. Tap to Pay at the Tuckshop
Purchasing on campus is very easy. Learners use their tap card to pay at the tuckshop. The amount is deducted from their balance instantly.
6. Online Ordering
Both parents and learners can pre-order from their phones using the Cashless campus app. They can order snacks and meals for collection at the tuckshop.
7. Allergens
Managing Allergens is very simple. Parents or learners simply select known allergens in their profile.
8. Allergen Management
The system will automatically hide items that contain these allergens during meal booking or online ordering — making the tuckshop safer for everyone.
9. Cart Checkout & Payment
Checking out is a seemless process. Add items, choose tip amount, and pay using the EeziWallet.
10. Statements & Orders
All transactions are tracked. Parents see full transaction history and balances, anytime.
11. Merchant Dashboard
Merchants are given a robust dashboard to manage everything. Tuckshop staff can manage store items, prices, hours, orders, reports, and payouts, all from one intuitive online dashboard.
12. Merchant Stats
Merchants can also view real-time sales by item, category, or store. This helps them know what’s popular and when to restock.
13. Merchant Payouts
To access their funds, merchants simply request payouts from the system to their bank account (once-off, weekly or monthly).
14. School Dashboard
Cashless Campus also gives schools powerful tools to stay in control. School Staff can approve users, verify learners, manage merchants, and send school-wide notifications — all in one place.
