Given that eezipay.com offers vastly increased functionality, accessability and ease of use over bureau payroll services, and that no dedicated hardware and payroll software needs to be purchased, operated or maintained to run the payroll system, we believe that we can levy charges at least equal those of payroll companies.

Our pricing strategy has proved most attractive to those companies we have on our payroll system. Potential customers are often surprised at how low our charges appear to be, especially given the variety and usefulness of additional services that are provided free to the user, as they are already fully incorporated into the payroll system. The charges are based on a user pays system whereby only payslips produced are charged for. The cost per payslip is negotiated with the client before signing up.

These charges are automatically generated and totalled within the payroll system, customer invoices printed and debit order instructions e-mailed to our customer’s banking institutions.
